Chris Cirak, CEO
Chris Cirak is the co-creator of PreVerify. A consummate serial entrepreneur and information architect, Chris has spearheaded the movement towards rapid prototyping and user-centric web application development in startups and Fortune 500 settings alike. Born in upstate New York, Chris has called Los Angeles his home since 1995. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University.

Thomas Dillmann, COO
Thomas has over a decade of experience in information architecture and online marketing. He has held positions as head of experience planning and lead information architect at interactive agencies and new technology ventures such as MRM Worldwide and UnitedFuture. Thomas has provided substantial information architecture for HollandAmerica, Alpine, State of Washington, SAP, Autodesk, Microsoft, GM, Sony, MPAA, FOX, NBC and ABC. Thomas holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Kevin Calloway, CTO
Kevin is responsible for emerging technologies, architecture and standards, localization and secure coding, and for developing technology strategy. Over the past 15 years Kevin has become a recognized expert in large scale global system architecture working with high profile Global 2000 companies: SONY, Harbor Freight Tools, HollandAmerica, Disney, E2Open, J2Global, Experian Interactive, DirecTV, Hilton, LodgeNet and MD Helicopters.

Michael B. Levine
Michael conceived and co-created PreVerify. Since 1987, Michael has been the Chief Executive Officer of Career Group Inc. – a leading national provider of temporary and permanent placement services www.careergroupinc.com. Prior to joining Career Group Inc., Michael practiced law with Finley, Kumble, Wagner, et al. He is a native of Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School Los Angeles.

Robert Buce
Mr. Buce advises a variety of commercial enterprises on competitive
strategy, business expansion, financing, financial management and acquisitions issues. He serves on a
number of non-public boards and provides independent advisory assistance to companies focused on consumer products/services,
retail, manufacturing/distribution, professional services and technology services. He is a retired senior partner of KPMG LLP and retired Managing Director of BearingPoint. Mr. Buce was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPA's. He is a visiting faculty member at the California Institute of Technology, focusing on commercialization of technology issues. Mr. Buce is married and lives in Pacific Palisades, California.

D. Stephen Antion
Mr. Antion has over 25 years of investing and legal experience. As President of Ridgestone Corporation, he made numerous investments in venture stage companies and has served on the boards of both public and private companies. Mr. Antion has also represented a number of venture stage companies as well as venture capital funds and angel investors. He holds degrees from UCLA and Berkeley Law School.
